酿豆腐(二)
又是酿豆腐...
原因很简单...我爱吃,他也爱吃。
有肉有菜,配上白饭,营养也蛮均衡。
准备功夫并不复杂,只要前一晚事先把肉腌制好。
隔天裹入肉馅,再放入锅里煎熟,就大功告成了。
红辣椒依然是常客。
这一次我还加了板豆腐和羊角豆。
酿辣椒和板豆腐,配上豆酱
