泡菜粥•泡菜炒饭

自从几个星期前腌制了泡菜,我的炒饭和粥又有新的口味了。做法都很简单,味道出乎意料的香浓美味。看来泡菜真得很好用,自己腌制的总比外面买的腌制食材健康吧。

泡菜粥
材料:隔夜饭、泡菜、泡菜酱汁、猪肉碎
做法:将所有材料加入水滚开至饭粒开始发,然后加入一点酱青调味即可。



泡菜炒饭

材料:隔夜饭、大葱、红萝卜、灯笼椒、泡菜
做法:
1. 热油爆香大葱,然后加入红萝卜、灯笼椒和泡菜翻炒。
2. 加入白饭兜炒一会儿之后加酱青和胡椒粉调味即可。
