南乳炸鸡
某一个周末,突然很想吃炸鸡,于是到超市买了两包鸡翅回家准备。鸡翅洗干净之后加入了南乳、五香粉、盐巴、酱油、黑酱油和胡椒粉腌隔夜,第二天中午就可以炸了。第一次炸鸡,还是有点紧张。将鸡翅粘上了蛋液之后再粘炸鸡粉,就可以下锅了。炸好了之后迫不及待的尝一尝,味道还算满意,只是稍微炸得黑了一些。那一天,我们俩只是吃炸鸡翅当午餐,两个人都吃得很过瘾。
